Hoffed verb – The act of setting someone’s computer background with a picture of David Hasselhoff.

David Applehoff is an office prank application written for OS X which will quickly and effectively “Hoff” someone’s machine. It can be installed on a memory stick, or into the Applications directory. Simply launch, and the application will set the background of the machine to one of 10 pictures of David Hasselhoff.

If your victim coworker happens to have a multiple monitor setup, David Applehoff will select a random image for each screen.

A Windows version may come in the future, but there are currently no plans to develop one.
